Our prototype of  ‘Bob’s Blend’ medium roast.

Did you know every cup of coffee you buy from We Walk the Line changes lives?
We are so excited to introduce you to our own blend of speciality coffee ‘ Bob’s Blend v1.0’,  a medium roast of Fazenda Ambient Fortaleza 726 (Sitio Canaa – Brazil) and Los Anonos White Honey (West Valley Costa Rica). It’s a medium roast with tasting notes of caramel, milk chocolate and plum.

We were inspired by many people along the way, one of whom was Sir Robert Hitcham. Born of humble stock he rose to high office, but our ‘Bob’ never forgot his roots and when he died in 1636 he left several houses to the poor in Coogeshall, Framlingham and Debenham to help them into work. He also built a school to teach the poorest to ‘read, write and cost accounts’ and ensured the princely sum of £10 should be given to each scholar to secure an apprenticeship.

So the next time you brew your coffee from We Walk the Line beans at home, spare a thought for the positive futures you are helping to build. As  a registered social enterprise we reinvest our profits to support more people who need a break to get back on their feet in the world of work.
